Lincoln Center // “Roy Hargrove’s The Love Suite: In Mahogony

Probably one of my favorite projects of 2023, the Deux Wave team and I animated an interview of legendary jazz musician/composer Roy Hargrove of him reminiscing about writing and performing “The Love Suite: In Mahogany”. The piece was commissioned by Jazz at Lincoln Center. I had the pleasure of not only storyboarding the piece but also animating Roy and his fellow musicians.
